he ATHS has one of the largest groups of antique truck enthusiasts in the world. The antique truck show allows our members to showcase their restored truck(s) and is expected to draw up to 600-800 trucks of every size — from pickups to 18-wheelers — and from every era, from the early 1900s to the present. The show also puts people in touch with others who share enthusiasm for vintage trucks. 

For 20 years the American Truck Historical Society has produced quality events around the nation.  Our show provides a clean, effective sales environment for vendors to display their products and services. ATHS accepts vendors that offer truck-related material (i.e., memorabilia, books/manuals, photos, model trucks, parts, etc.).

2012 Vendor Space Rates

• Standard indoor vendor space is 100 square feet (10 x 10)
• Standard outdoor vendor space is 200 square feet (10 x 20)
• Indoor and/or Outdoor spaces rent for $150
• Additional indoor spaces rent for $75
• Additional outdoor spaces rent for $100

What you receive as a vendor…

• One 8’ table and 2 chairs per space (indoor vendors only)
• Vendor Name Badge(s), includes entry to grounds on pre-show set-up days beginning  Tues., May 28 & all 3 show days (Th-Sat)
• Vendor Parking Tag
• Show Hours: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., May 30-June 1, 2013
• Vendors will be featured in the 2013 Show Time, which is distributed to over 21,000 ATHS members

What you will need as a vendor…

• Must be registered with the Washington State Dept. of Revenue and pay the 8.2% sales and use tax within 10 working days after the show (see attached instructions)
• All vendors to provide own signage and decor
• Outdoor vendors must provide own stand alone booth set-up
• Electric is available indoors for $20; must be ordered ahead of time on vendor form

Move-in Schedule

• 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday, May 29
• 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday, May 30

Move-out Schedule

• 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday, June 1
• 7 a.m. to noon Sunday, June 2
• All exhibits must be out of the fairgrounds by noon Sunday, June 2
