Visit Sassy Cow Creamery, where you’ll see firsthand how farmstead milk is bottled and enjoy a scoop of their homemade ice cream, choosing from 28 delicious flavors. Explore the store’s selection of Wisconsin dairy treats and local goods and meet a calf if visiting in summer. Then, head to J. Henry & Sons for a catered BBQ lunch and a guided tour of the farm and rickhouse, complete with a bourbon flight tasting and a unique barrel-pull experience with a special take-home gift.

Step back in time at the Midcontinent Railroad Museum with a scenic, seven-mile train ride through the Baraboo Hills aboard century-old coaches. Experience the charm of a 19th-century depot and explore over 40 restored trains and exhibits. Enjoy a hearty lunch at Zeman’s Old Highway House, a classic Wisconsin supper club. Then, embark on a unique one-hour, half-land, half-water adventure through the stunning landscapes of Wisconsin Dells with Original Wisconsin Ducks®, cruising through rivers, creeks, and scenic trails dating back to 1946.

Experience Wisconsin’s rich artisanal heritage with a visit to Cedar Grove Cheese Factory, where you’ll see cheese crafted the old-fashioned way and learn about the history and impact of small-scale cheesemaking. Don’t miss the unique Living Machine—a sustainable system that naturally treats the factory’s wash water. Next, explore the storied Wollersheim Winery, where a guided tour takes you through vineyards, fermentation rooms, and limestone cellars, concluding with a tasting of three signature wines.
