Any member of the American Truck Historical Society may be nominated for this award, except the current Chairman, President, 1st Vice-President, 2nd Vice-President, 3rd Vice-President, Secretary, or Treasurer, nor one who has held such an office in the past two (2) years.
The member is nominated in recognition of his/her outstanding achievements in furthering the mission and goals of the American Truck Historical Society, and as one who exemplifies the character and qualities of the late Harris Saunders, Sr.
Nominees for this award must have been diligent in their pursuit of knowledge about trucking history for a period of at least ten (10) years, culminating in one or more of the following:
